Inspiration

 Hello crafty people,

Today is all about inspiration. Where do you get your inspiration from? Other crafters, Pinterest, home decor, nature, perhaps? It is all around us. Sometimes we need that kick to get us started on a project. 

For today's card my inspiration came from this....

The colours spoke to me, and the colours just happen to coordinate with Stampin Up card stock. 

For this card I used Misty Moonlight, Petal Pink and Copper Clay card stock. The colours are pretty close, right? 

It just goes to show, inspiration can come from anything.

Latte Love Masculine Birthday Card

 Hello,

Last week was rather hectic and challenging. My kitty was sick. He has since had surgery and is on the road to recovery. So, today was the first day I could sit down in my craft room and concentrate on something other than feline. 

I sometimes struggle to make masculine cards. Even though there are tons of examples and lots insipration on the web, nothing seems to come to me. Could be that most of my stamp sets are flowers 😁

When the Latte Love suite became available I thought it was perfect for a masculine birthday card. 

What kinds of cards do you struggle with? Where do you get your insipiration? Inquiring minds want to know!
