No, I didn't fall off the face of the earth. It's been a busy couple of months. With getting our Covid vaccines, home stuff, crafting and posting on Instagram and learning Facebook. Yes, I must have been the only person on the planet who wasn't on Facebook. So, there's a lot of catching up to do, card-wise.
Let's get started on one of my favourite suites... Bloom Where You're Planted. I have a love of gardening so purchasing this suite of products from Stampin' Up was a no brainer. The suite includes a stamp set with dies, beautiful DSP and paper lattice laser cuts. One of the best things I like about Stampin' Up is their colour coordination. But occasionally their dies will cut out images from the DSP. Easy peasy for making quick cards.
Here I fussy die cut the images of two of the plants from the DSP. The background is the Macrame embossing folder. It really adds some nice texture to the card.
Here's another card using the same suite.
I had so much fun playing with this suite. It is so versatile and can be made for almost any occasion. The background on this card is not Stampin' Up but from Tim Holtz.Until next time.
